Refund & Exchange Policy
At Avyrona, each piece is crafted with care and intention — and we hope it adds light to your story. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with tags intact.
- You’ll need your order number and name to verify your request.
We do not accept returns due to a change of heart or last-minute decisions. If the piece no longer feels right for you, perhaps it can still find a home — as a gift for someone special… or someone slightly less special.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return label.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or faulty items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a fault, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and a brief description — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Exceptions & non-returnable items
- We cannot accept returns on personalized or custom-made items.
- Sale items and orders purchased with discount codes are final sale, unless faulty.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to change your item (e.g., size or style), please follow the return process above and place a new order for the piece you want.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days — for any reason. The item must be returned unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your order number is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note: banks or card providers may need a few business days to process the refund.
