Shipping policy

U.S. SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $60.
For orders below $60, shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout using USPS rates.
Our standard shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and insurance. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.
Faster delivery via USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout for an additional cost.

CANADA SHIPPING
We ship to Canada via USPS International services.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
Delivery times vary depending on customs clearance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to select countries through USPS.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customs duties, VAT, and other import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow extra time for international deliveries due to customs processing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Final sale and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

REFUSED ORDERS
If an order is refused at delivery, the customer is responsible for:
– original shipping costs
– return shipping costs
– and a 15% restocking fee
Refunds will only be issued once the returned package has been received in unused condition.

RETURN ORDERS
Before sending anything back, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Returned items must include all original packaging.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds will be processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
